SWISS Prize Draw "SWISS Kids Summer Scratch Card Prize Draw"

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Eligibility to participate
Everyone that has a code from a scratch card and sends this in is eligible to participate.

Exclusion from participation
All employees of the SWISS Group and their family members are excluded from the prize draw.

Duration of the prize draw
22 October 2018, 10 a.m. Swiss local time

Prizes
The prizes will be raffled off among all participants at the end of the duration of the prize draw. SWISS will notifiy the winners immediately by email. Each winner has to respond within 12 hours by email (swisskids@swiss.com). Should a winner fail to respond within this deadline, the prize will be raffled off among all participants anew. Participants, who have not won, will not be notified.

Consent to conditions of participation
On participating in the prize draw, the participant declares his/her consent to the conditions of participation.

Correct data
Each participant is obliged to provide truthful personal data when participating in the prize draw.

Abuse/manipulation
In the event of abuse or suspicion of such abuse/manipulation, SWISS furthermore reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw.

No cash payments
Cash payout of the prizes is not possible.

Correspondence/legal action
All decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
